Pregnancy Pillow

My sister used a pregnancy pillow throughout her pregnancy, and she says she couldn’t have lived without it. She actually came up with a combination of pillows that worked for her. She used the Leachco Snoogle Total Body Pillow for most of the pregnancy, but she also bought a wedge pillow to support her belly at the end.

Many of the pregnancy pillows that are sold are designed with a large semi-horseshoe shape that supports the body from in front and from behind. The pillows are designed to be versatile so that they can be used both during pregnancy and after. For example, the pillow can be placed across your lap and used to support the baby for comfortable nursing. They can also be used after pregnancy in place of a regular body pillow, which many people enjoy.

A good thing to keep in mind is to look for a pillow with a soft cover that is removable. Preferably with a small zipper so that it can be removed and laundered regularly. If you are not able to find a store that sells a wide variety of pregnancy pillows for you to try out, you can find many types of pregnancy pillow online. Amazon offers some of the best (we feature our favorites below).
